The regional map of development of entrepreneurship was presented in Talgar district
An important event for the business community of the region took place within the framework of the business forum "Zhetysu Invest 2016".
The Deputy Chairman of NCE RK "Atameken" Nurzhan Altaev presented the regional map. It should be noted at the presentation was attended by akim of Almaty Baurzhan Baibek, akim of Almaty region Amandyk Batalov, akim of Zhambyl region Karim Kokrekbaev, as well as representatives of financial and government organizations and businesses of the region. The Forum was held in the complex “Park Resort “Eight Lakes”. Regional map of development - is an informational and analytical resource on the conditions and business opportunities for both existing and potential entrepreneurs.
Nurzhan Altaev in his speech spoke about the reasons that gave rise to the creation of the map.
"Late last year, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs has developed a regional map of development of entrepreneurship. Meetings during trips to foreign countries with foreign investors, we often have seen their interest regarding the characteristics of the regions of our country. Their questions about the infrastructure, fields, land, etc. often we could not provide the answers. Therefore, taking into account the needs of the regions, we have developed this map", - said the Deputy Chairman of the Board.
According to him, the map will serve as an effective tool for attraction of investment and creation of favorable conditions for business, as the online resource provides information on specialization of the regions and conditions for business development. Thus, Almaty region is characterized by agriculture, industry and construction. In addition, the map identifies promising directions of development, financial and infrastructural capacity of the area.
"There is a great demand at the domestic and foreign markets of Kazakhstan. For example, last year Kazakhstan has purchased food products for a total of 3.2 billion dollars, of which only 900 million USD accounts for exotic products in the form of banana, kiwi, pineapple, etc., fruits that don’t grow here. And more than 2 billion - are those things that we can grow here. In this respect, Almaty region plays a special role. Since it has ideal climatic conditions, the perfect business opportunities, which in recent years has created the city administration. Nearby there is a huge Almaty market, which consumes goods and products in large quantities. The metropolis spends more than 1 billion USD each year for food industry. So, as they say, Almaty region, gives “good cards””, - said N.Altaev.
He also suggested to akimat of Almaty region to include in the regional map of development of entrepreneurship a number of breakthrough projects previously presented at the business forum. You can see the potential of the map in practice. After the presentation, businessmen tested the online resource on the touch screens and familiarized themselves with the portraits of the regions.
In addition, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK Nurzhan Altaev told the audience about the work of web-portal businessreestr.kz, which contains information about 4500 major producers of Kazakhstan.
