International internship forced Aktau businesswomen to review their business plans
The training took place in the framework of the instrument "Business Communications" of the Unified Business Support and Development Program "Business roadmap -2020".
As it was noted by the expert of non-financial support of business of the Chamber of entrepreneurs Aigul Shampikova, flight from Kazakhstan abroad and back, accommodation was free of charge for participants of foreign business internship instrument "Business Communications". Trainees cover only traveling costs within Kazakhstan.
Director of "Lau K" Louisa Khamzatova and individual entrepreneur Zhamilya Bekturganova shared talked about how they were selected for further training in Germany.
"The first phase of training we went through last year in Aktau, continuously engaged in a period of ten days. Lecturers from Germany taught us, by the way, they were Germans, immigrants from the CIS. Then, in absentia, on-line, the first five days we took part in the workshops, then there were held consultations, - shared L. Khamzatova and Zh. Bekturganova.
In the first phase they went through competitive selection, which was conducted by a commission of experts from Germany. As a result of the 48 participants in the first phase of training for the second phase has passed only 21 entrepreneur. The selected participants attended the foreign business training on "Human Resource Management" in the city of Hamburg.
"Our group was accompanied by an interpreter. But for entrepreneurs who are fluent in English, a separate group was established. The first thing that catches the eye is that the level of social development in Germany is not comparable with Kazakhstan. For the Germans, the quality – is in the first place, all the rest - then. When traveling there, many of us had some plans, but in the course of the internship, our plans have changed, some even up to the change of the type of activity", - shared her impressions the businesswoman.
A.Shampikova explained that entrepreneurs, who have applied for participation in the training within the component "Business communication" this year, for further selection to business internship in Germany next year, have to pass in less than a month the first stage of training in Atyrau and to protect their own business plans.
"We wish you all a fruitful and active participation, so that more entrepreneurs of Mangistau were to qualify and to go on internship to Germany", - said in the conclusion the expert of the department of the non-financial business support.
