Management of the Company "Medicare" - according to ISO standards
Medical Company LLP "Medicare" has successfully certified its business processes in accordance with international ISO standards
On 17th of June in Astana, the representative of the international certification body TÜV Thuringen in the Republic of Kazakhstan presented to the management of the company "Medicare" the certificate of quality management system, environment, occupational health and safety requirements for compliance with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
The ceremony was timed to coincide with the upcoming Day of Medical Worker (19 June), it was attended by the Chairman of the Board of "Medicare" Gulzhan Sadyrbaev and director of the branch of LLC "Intercertifika TÜV jointly with TÜV Thüringen" in the Republic of Kazakhstan Asem Beristenbekova.
The main purpose of the introduction of quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 – is improvement of the quality of customer service. Implementation of environmental management system ISO 14001: 2015 is aimed at minimizing the negative impact of company activities on the environment.
The aim of introducing health management system and labor safety OHSAS 18001: 2007 is to prevent diseases and injury of employees of contractors and other parties in the area of services.
Certification to these standards is voluntary. ISO standards include the best practices of international organizations in the management of the establishment. At LLP "Medicare" the development and implementation of ISO was done for one and a half years, with the assistance of the consulting company LLP "Intercertifica Kazakhstan".
