During 2012-2013 he was the Vice Minister of Education and Science. He is the chairman of the National Association of educational institutions "SERPIN", Chairman of the Board of Directors of the JSC National Center "Orleu", member of the Council for Youth Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
