Chinese tourists are invited to Kazakhstan
On 28th of September 2016 the Kazakh-Chinese tourism forum will be held in Astana
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" together with the Metropolitan Tourism Association and the Association of Travel Agencies of Kazakhstan "ATAK" conducts the Kazakh-Chinese tourism forum.
This event, which is held in the run-up to the year of China in Kazakhstan in 2017, is included in the calendar of events of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
The forum will discuss the following issues: the future of the international Chinese tourism: trends and prospects; international experience in receiving tourists from China; prospects for inbound tourism from China to Kazakhstan.
The representatives of the Pacific Asia Tourism Association (PATA), the World Federation of the tourist cities (WFTC), the State Administration of Tourism of China, the state tourism authorities of Hong Kong, Beijing, Xinjiang, Hainan Province and Shanxi, China Academy tourism, as well as the first heads of state bodies and business of Kazakhstan attended the forum as speakers.
Speakers from Russia will share their experience in servicing Chinese tourist groups - executive director of the Tourist Association "The World without Borders" S. Pyatikhatka, General Director of "Intourist" L. Marmer, the Director of the Development Association "Independent Hotel Alliance", manager of the hotel SkyPoint Sheremetyevo K. Artemev, commercial director of "Marketing, exhibitions, consulting" A. Smolyar and program coordinator China Friendly A. Sibirkina, which aims to create a comfortable environment for a stay of Chinese tourists and promotion of tourist products in the Chinese market, attracting new customers and increasing the tourist industry revenues.
It is expected that the upcoming event will be attended by more than 200 professionals of Kazakhstan's tourist business. In addition, the forum will be attended by Chinese tourist companies, who will visit Kazakhstan within the frames of the infotour conducted by the Metropolitan Association of Tourism and Air Astana airline.
During the forum it is planned to sign memorandums between tourist organizations and representatives of Kazakhstan's business in China and Russia, as well as summing up the photo contest "I love Kazakhstan", the objectives of which is to promote the tourist places of the region and promotion of the tourist potential of Kazakhstan.
