About what German journalists asked the top managers of NCE?
Representatives of Germany's leading publications met with the leadership of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken"
What kind of support is rendered to entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan, and how NCE promotes business in the country - these and other questions the journalists were able to ask at the meeting with the Deputy Chairman of NCE "Atameken" Tulemis Shotanov.
Communication with the management of NCE took place in an informal atmosphere with a cup of coffee. Reporters told that they are in Kazakhstan to study the economic situation in the country and to see clearly that the country is classified as developing steadily.
Tulemis Shotanov told representatives of the German press the history of creation, structure and functions of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs. He noted that, under the law, NCE integrates the entire business of the country, 120 industry associations have already been accredited at NCE.
"Today, Kazakhstan occupies 49th place in the international ranking of Doing Business. We are actively cooperating with German companies and, in particular, with the biggest German holding "Deutsche Bann". On behalf of the Kazakhstan’s business I can tell you that we are interested in development of cooperation with Germany and attraction of foreign investments", - said Tulemis Shotanov.
Answering the question about promising areas for business, the deputy chairman said that the country's authorities and business see them in the development of agriculture.
"Our country is ready to produce environmentally friendly products. The state provides a good subsidy to entrepreneurs engaged in agriculture. And the presence of the world's major markets in the vicinity, such as China and Russia, also opens good opportunities for us", - said Tulemis Shotanov.
Reporters wanted to know what the business community expects from of the international specialized exhibition "EXPO-2017". Tulemis Shotanov said that, first of all, Kazakhstan expects business to demonstrate its achievements in 25 years of independence of Kazakhstan and tell the world about its openness and interest in establishing business contacts.
Deputy Chairman of NCE described in detail the strategic objectives of the Chamber in matters of human capital development, the formation of the dual training system, creating a favorable business climate and micro-credit projects in the region.
"Some of us for the first time in Kazakhstan, some have already been here. But, in general, we are all impressed by what we have seen. Two days earlier, we were in Almaty. And we really liked it. Astana struck us by many new buildings, because there are more old buildings in Germany. We are surprised by diverse architecture and climate", - shared his impressions the journalist of the newspapers BILD and Die WELT Knut Teske.
