For best business - foreign training
Soon, local entrepreneurs will go to foreign countries for the free passage of thematic business internships, as well as the establishment of business relations with foreign partners
Leaders of 64 small and medium enterprises in the region are being trained under the project "Business Communication", organized by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken". Leading country trainers teach managerial competences and competences in the field of foreign economic relations. In total in Kazakhstan 600 entrepreneurs are trained within the framework of the project.
The Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Karaganda region led selection among small and medium-sized businesses in the project from the beginning of the year. Companies operating in the priority sectors of the economy, will be able to improve their productivity by taking part in the project as part of a unified program for support and development of business "Business Roadmap-2020", through establishment of business relations with foreign partners, supported by international and foreign organizations.
The project consists of two phases. At the first stage the training is carried out internally – during the second week well-known professors from leading universities in the country, as well as the best managers give lectures to the participants of the Karaganda region. During the business trainings they will receive knowledge and skills needed to develop a business plan for the development of their businesses.
Training is provided in three modules:
The first week - "Managerial competence".
The second week - "Competences in the field of foreign economic relations".
The third and fourth week - online seminars and consultations.
After completing the training, participants will be held in the second stage, and 50 businessmen of the 600 will go to the free thematic business training abroad.
The head of the non-financial support of entrepreneurs of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs Zhaksylyk Akhmetbekov said that the only requirement for the students was that the position of the participant must be at least the deputy head.
"Changes at the enterprise depend directly on administrative quality of management. Senior management of a company build a policy - to motivate and to set up business processes. For our region, the issue of increasing the skills of managers is especially important. Now the country embarked on import substitution and on supply of goods for domestic production. Our Chamber is conducting "ideological" work among entrepreneurs in this direction", - he said.
Zh. Akhmetbekov added that business expenses are paid by the Government.
