Nineteen residents of single-industry town of Arkalyk in this year started their business with the support of the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs
More than a hundred have undergone training on the basics of entrepreneurship.
These figures were voiced by the director of the branch Bagdat Khasenov, speaking at the reporting meeting with businessmen. He told about some results of the work from the beginning of 2016, in particular the implementation of the fourth direction of the program "Roadmap of business-2020".
"Our managers - consultants have provided the local population 46 free services, assisted in the preparation of 8 business plans. 84 residents of the mono-town underwent free courses of "Business Advisor", 30 people studied at the course "Business Growth". As a result, non-financial support measures 19 individuals registered as entrepreneurs, 21 projects were funded under state programs. Two residents have been trained under the project "Business Communication", two more have applied to participate in the project "Senior professionals", - said Bagdat Khasenov.
He also noted that this year, two residents of Arkalyk received approval to implement their business ideas from LLP "microfinance organization" Atameken Kostanay". Loans totaling 16.3 million tenge will be allocated for the purchase of passenger buses and opening of the vehicle fleet.
"Creation of the MFO is more urgent than ever step on the part of the National Chamber of Commerce and local executive bodies, as the availability of financial resources – is one of the problems, which indicate the entrepreneurs of our town. It is no secret that today the banks are reluctant to loans to projects in smaller communities by offering their products at higher rates to already existing businesses with sufficient turnover of funds. Financing of start-up projects, according to our analysis, is conducted inefficiently. In this respect, MFO – is a worthy alternative", - said Khasenov.
The branch Director announced some results within the line of business protection. As an example he cited the outstanding issues from the collective appeal of entrepreneurs, exercising their activities in one of the neighborhoods.
"They complained that the established nearby road signs make it difficult to travel to the outlets. We studied in detail the problem and appealed to the city prosecutor's office with which we have been in close interaction. The prosecutor's office, in turn, sent to the address of the police department of Arkalyk the order on the need to eliminate violations. That is the business problem has been solved, the signs no longer impede the trespass of customers ", - said the director of the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Arkalyk Bagdat Khasenov.
