"Senior Professionals": the mutual exchange of experience
Foreign specialists not only teach local entrepreneurs the tricks of doing business, but they themselves take over our experience
One of the forms of state support for entrepreneurs is attraction of highly qualified foreign specialists and assistance in implementation of best practices.
Since the beginning of this year, the Regional Chamber of entrepreneurs within a unified program of business support and development "Business Road Map - 2020" submitted documents for the instrument "Business Communication" and the component "Senior Professionals". Today we want to tell you about the component "Senior Professionals".
Component "Senior professionals" is aimed at attracting highly qualified foreign specialists for introduction of new management techniques, technologies, equipment and training directly at an enterprise.
This year, three Kyzylorda entrepreneur: LLP "Marzhan’s Cheese", company "Abzal and K" and LLP "Kurylys Kyzylorda NK" used the potential of this component.
Expert Specialist from Canada Uwe Foerin visited LLP "Marzhan’s Cheese" in Kazalinsk district and shared with the entrepreneur experience of soil processing. He highly appreciated the methods used by local farmers.
"My goal is to visit Kazakhstan - exchange of experience in the agricultural sector, i.e. I wanted to share with you the good practices applied in our country but also to learn from your experience. I visited LLP "Marzhan’s Cheese" and got acquainted with the processes of fattening cattle and planting rice, and gave my recommendations, "- said the foreign expert.
Every entrepreneur can take advantage of the component "Senior Professionals". Senior and middle management of existing small and medium-sized businesses operating in the priority sectors of the economy can take part in. Payment of expenses for attraction of foreign experts in the component "older gentlemen" is covered at the expense of the republican budget, payment for travel and payment services of foreign experts shall be charged to the national budget. The costs associated with the stay of an expert in Kazakhstan: accommodation, meals, transportation within the country, per diem and translation services are paid by the entrepreneurs themselves.
The entrepreneur, who wants to apply for participation, may apply to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
