RCE of EKR and Almaty region organized interregional cooperation in the field of training
The Chambers of Entrepreneurs of East Kazakhstan and Almaty regions continue the work on interregional cooperation focused on training trainers and teachers of special disciplines of technical vocational education institutions on the bases enterprises. At present, teachers of VET organizations of East Kazakhstan region need to learn the production process of batteries, and the issue was supported by one of the leading enterprises for the production of batteries "Kaynar" of Taldykorgan.
"At present, the leadership of Ust-Kamenogorsk College of Economy and Finance and the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of East Kazakhstan region initiated the development of exchange programs for the trade "battery technician", and the program was transferred to the employment center of Ust-Kamenogorsk. Upon completion of the training program, participants will be able to get relevant knowledge and skills, and teachers themselves have to undergo training", - says the master of the college of industrial training Daulet Chindygataev.
Working together to develop internship programs where participate colleges, specialists of enterprises; update of program content, planning training; selection of enterprises and organization of practices places - such systematic work provides quality training, on which the regional Chambers work in cooperation with businesses, colleges and teachers.
