Eldar Zhumagaziev became Deputy Chairman of NCE
Zhumagaziev Eldar Tynyshbaevich was appointed Deputy Chairman, a member of the Management Board by the Decision of the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken"
Eldar Zhumagaziev will be responsible for education, employment and social services, business communications in the official language and the development of IT-sphere. He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the subsidiary - LLP "Center for Monitoring and market expertise".
Eldar Zhumagaziev was born in Atyrau region. He graduated from the Mechanical Department of the Atyrau Oil and Gas Institute, Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in "Political Science".
From 1996 to 2002 he held executive positions in a number of private companies. In 2002-2006 he worked as the chief of department on work with the youth and non-governmental organizations, the Department of internal policy of Atyrau region, Deputy Director of this Department. From 2006 to 2011 he headed the main regional media holding - PCG "Atyrau - Akparat". In 2011-2012, he headed the office of domestic policy of akimat of Atyrau region.
Since February 2014 he works in the structure of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken". At the position of an adviser to the Chairman of Presidium he was in charge of PR, media relations and branding work. He also was a Deputy Chief of Staff.
Since February 2016 for January 2017 he was transferred to the position of Chief of Staff, where he managed workflow issues, administrative and economic activities and development of communications in the official language. He has a number of state awards.
