Arbitration center "Atameken" - is a modern and civilized way to resolve the dispute between business partners
Arbitration is widely distributed throughout the world due to its indisputable advantages compared to the state court. Therefore, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" was created by the Arbitration Center to help businessmen to solve economic disputes with minimal costs. Arbitration Center of NCE actually is the successor of the International Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was established in 1993, and continues its tradition by objective dispute resolution.
In order to be able to use the services of the Arbitration Center, the entrepreneur first needs to include a special clause in the text of an agreement: "Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of this contract (agreement) or in connection with it shall be finally settled by the Arbitration Center of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" in accordance with its applicable regulations. The subject, which is subject to review by arbitration are all disputes, controversy or claims, arising out of this contract (agreement) or in connection with it. "Additionally, it is recommended to include the following: "The Arbitral Tribunal will include - (specify one or three arbitrators). The place of arbitration shall be - (insert city). The language of arbitration shall be - (specify the language). This contract (agreement) is governed by the substantive law (please specify the country)". This controversy can be both with domestic and foreign business partners.
