Officials wanted to change the conditions of his activity without the consent of the entrepreneur
As a result of the joint work of the employees of the Aiyrtausky branch of the Chamber and the district prosecutor's office, the barrier exhibited by local officials was eliminated. Torebek Bayguzhin is engaged in the transportation of passengers in the village of Saumalkol. In February, he received a notice from the SU "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways", which refers to the need to apply to the department to reissue permission for the transportation of passengers. The authorities advised the businessman to sign a new timetable for bus No. 9 without agreeing with him. But at the same time, according to the current schedule and the schedule approved in 2015, the department received no complaints, either from the villagers or from the supervisory authorities. Since the new schedule of the route was inconvenient for the population and the entrepreneur, he refused to sign documents, after which he was not given the appropriate permission to engage in passenger transportation.
"Knowing exactly what will help me to solve this problem, I turned to the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Atyrau district, where qualified specialists work. I addressed them earlier on various issues of my business. I was not mistaken, as they took clear measures of reaction. I was satisfied with the result of the appeal", says Torebek Bayguzhin.
On this appeal, prosecutor’s office conducted an audit that identified violations. "I would like to note the work of the employees of the Ayrtau district prosecutor's office helped to solve this problem. As a result of the measures carried out by the law enforcement agency under art. 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Prosecutor's Office", an order has been given to eliminate violations of the law, thus protecting the rights and interests of business", - says Daniyar Kalymov, the director of the Ayrtau branch of RCE of the North Kazakhstan region.
In early March, Torebek Bayguzhin received all the permits for the transportation of passengers and began to work.
