Kazakhstani business channel Atameken Business Channel became the winner of the First National TV Award "Tumar"!
The solemn ceremony of the first National TV Award Ceremony "Tumar" was held in Astana
Well-known TV personalities, journalists, as well as heads of the country's largest television channels gathered at the ceremony. Out of 200 works, the jury chose only 12 best projects. One of the winners was the channel Atameken Business Channel.
The television channel, which was first aired less than a year ago, won the victory in the nomination "The Best Television Event of the Season"!
The Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dauren Abayev handed the award to the General Director of Atameken Business Channel Yuliya Valiakhmetova.
Yuliya Valiakhmetova thanked the organizers of the First National TV Award "Tumar" and noted that the domestic television community waited 25 years for such a high award. "I hope that the prize will have a great future. And next year we will reward the best director, the best screenwriter, the best leading information program! I wish you all good luck and thanks again! "
Atameken Business Channel began its broadcasting on 23rd of May 2016 on the platform of the Internet portal, and on 1st of December 2016 it was aired from the satellite "KazSat" and took its place in the network of broadcasting cable television companies.
The Minister of Information and Communications of Kazakhstan Dauren Abayev noted that given the good experience of the television award, the next will be a prize in the field of journalism for print, Internet and online publications.
Television journalists were awarded in 12 categories:
"The best television event of the season" - Atameken Business Channel;
"The best documentary film" - "Secrets and Fate of the Great Kazakhs" on "Khabar" TV channel;
"The best social project" is the program "Aytuga onai" of "Kazakhstan" TV channel;
"The best information program" - the program "Informbureau", "Channel 31";
"The best information and analytical program" - the program "Apta KZ" on "Kazakhstan" TV channel;
"The best musical program" - the program "Music Performance" on "TV Key" TV channel;
"The best talk show" is "Nasha pravda" program on "KTK" TV channel;
"The best television series" - TV series "Әke" on "Kazakhstan" TV channel;
"The best humorous program" - "Kleleg" program on "Balapan" TV channel;
"For contribution to the development of television" - a veteran of Kazakh TV journalism, Honored Worker of Culture of RK Sultan Orazaly;
"The best regional information program" is "Adasandar" program of "Kazakhstan-Atyrau" TV channel;
"The best regional social program" - "The City of Today" on "Rika TV" TV channel, the city of Aktobe.
