Problematic issues of entrepreneurs - borrowers and depositors of JSC Kazinvestbank are at the control
"Atameken" contributes to the resolution of problematic issues of entrepreneurs that arose in connection with the deprivation of the license of JSC "Kazinvestbank". After the license was revoked, JSC "Kazinvestbank" receives applications from entrepreneurs asking for assistance in resolving the problems that have arisen. In particular, there are the following problematic issues: first - the need to release collateral on repaid loans; second - granting of a delay on payment of taxes to the businessmen having money resources on accounts in JSC "Kazinvestbank"; third - the possibility of offsetting mutual claims; fourth is the current work on loan servicing; fifth - acceleration of the transfer of assets and liabilities of JSC Kazinvestbank to another bank. Today, in fact, 2 issues have been resolved.
1. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided an official letter to the National Chamber on the possibility of refunding to the pledgor of property that acted as collateral for the loan in the event of a full repayment of the debt. At the present time, the requirements of a number of clients have already been satisfied, and collateral property of JSC Kazinvestbank has been released.
2. With regard to accelerating the transfer of assets of JSC Kazinvestbank to another financial institution, the National Bank provided an official response that the issue of conducting an operation for the simultaneous transfer of assets and liabilities to another bank has been agreed upon and the potential buyer bank has already been selected. The National Bank reports that this issue is under special control, and the National Bank, the provisional administration and the potential bank, the acquirer take all necessary measures for the speedy completion of the operation. In particular, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan developed criteria for transferring the loan portfolio of the ultimate borrower, monitoring of the payment discipline of final borrowers is on. It was decided to submit the issue of redistribution of assets and liabilities of JSC Kazinvestbank to another bank for consideration by the State Commission for Economic Modernization of RK. After the transfer of assets of JSC Kazinvestbank to another financial institution, many of the above problems will be resolved more quickly.
