The four "pilot" projects on treasury support are under the scrutiny of authorized bodies
At the end of April 2017, competitions will be announced, following which the developer and engineering company will be determined. On 28th of March 2017, at the site of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken", the Public Hearings of the System of Treasury Support for Public Procurement in Construction, aimed at ensuring control over the intended use of budgetary funds and transparency of payments between subjects of construction activity will be held. Four sites were selected in Astana, Akmola and Karaganda regions for "pilot" projects, competitions for which "construction and installation works" and "project management" will be announced by local executive bodies at the end of April this year. At present, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Committee for Construction and Housing Affairs of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the RK has developed the necessary package of amendments to be introduced to regulatory legal acts for the implementation of these "pilot" projects. They have been worked out in conjunction with NCE. In this connection, on the site of NCE RK "Atameken" on 13th of April 2016 at 11:00 at the address: Astana, Kunaev street 8, Block B, 26th floora meeting will be held at the conference hall "Turkistan" by the Ministry of Finance, which will be headed by Vice Minister of Finance B. Sh. Sholpankulov, at which will be presented official information on the executed work and further instructions on how to participate in the implementation of "pilot" projects for potential actors. We note that the "pilot" projects are under special control of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan B.А. Sagintayev, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the control bodies of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
