Amendments have been made to the articles of the Criminal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" carries out work on improving the legislation, including criminal and administrative legislation, in the fulfillment of its tasks on an ongoing basis. As a result of the preliminary analysis, amendments to the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Code of Administrative Offenses have been prepared. Proposals for these amendments can be made to the following electronic addresses (the Administrative Code - a.torekhan@palata.kz, the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code - e.imanalin@palata.kz, a.khaidarov@palata.kz).
