A conference "Development of Self-Regulation in the Sphere of Audit Activities and Taxation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" is held in Astana today. On 21st of April at the Diplomat Hotel in Moscow is held the Conference "Development of Self-Regulation in the Sphere of Audit Activities and Taxation in the Republic of Kazakhstan". The moderator of the conference will be Rustam Zhursunov, Member of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of NCE RK "Atameken". During the conference the following people will deliver speeches: a member of the Finance and Budget Committee of the Mazhilis of Kazakhstan Serik Kusainov, Vice Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin, Vice Minister of Finance Ruslan Beketayev, Managing Partner of Crowe Horwath Alberto Simoncini, and experts in the field of audit activity and Taxation. The system of self-regulation in developed countries now covers almost all spheres of economic life. The self-regulation develops most effective in those areas of activity in which the level of legal culture of market participants is relatively high. In Kazakhstan, it is possible to refer with certainty appraisal activity to such areas, as well as activities of auditors, tax advisers, environmental and energy auditors. During the conference, I will consider the principles of developing self-regulation, both from the position of the state and representatives of business. Particular attention will be paid to actual issues of introducing self-regulation in auditing and taxation.
