Issues of entrepreneurship, prospects and problems were discussed today at the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Today, on 28th of April, the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan is hosting an expanded Assembly of the Faction of the party "Nur Otan" with the participation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" on issues of entrepreneurship development in Kazakhstan, current challenges and prospects.
The meeting was opened with welcoming speeches of the Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of RK Nurlan Nigmatulin and the Chairman of the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" Timur Kulibayev.
During the meeting the parties will discuss the Agreement on interaction between the Faction of the party "Nur Otan" in the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" for 2017-2018.
The Deputy Chairman of NCE RK "Atameken" Nurzhan Altaev will tell about the support of the domestic commodity producer and increase of competitiveness.
A report on the topic "The Project Bastau Business (the Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship): Prospects and Barriers to the Development of Entrepreneurship in the Countryside" will be delivered by Eldar Zhumagaziev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken".
It is worth noting that at present Kazakhstani entrepreneurs are fully supported. This is indicated by micro-crediting, which is provided within the framework of the Roadmap of Business 2020 (up to 10 million KZT at 6% per annum), the Employment Road Map 2020 (up to 3 million KZT at 5% per annum), instruments of NUH KazAgro (lending through MCOs up to 3 million tenge at 9.5 / 12% per annum).
NCE RK "Atameken" with the support of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan realizes two pilot projects - "Bastau Business" and "Bastau Kusip". The duration of training for "Bastau Business" is 1 month, which exceeds the duration of other business training programs from 6 to 10 times.
Director of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs of East Kazakhstan region Igor Shatsky will tell about the main problems of the domestic commodity producer in the sphere of procurement. Member of the Management Board of the Union of Machine Builders of Kazakhstan Marat Bakkulov will make a report on measures of support for domestic producers.
As a result of the meeting, a decision of the Faction will be adopted, in which appropriate recommendations will be given to the Government.
