Also, a constituent agreement was signed to create a Kazakhstan-UAE investment group for education.
In 2016, UAE investments in Kazakhstan amounted to 50.7 million dollars.
The most promising direction of cooperation between countries is the production of agriculture. An especially important market is organic products, the demand for which is constantly growing. Against this background, Kazakhstan has great opportunities.
Potential of Kazakhstan's agricultural lands: about 222 million hectares of agricultural land, the area of improved and watered pastures is 112.2 million hectares. In 2015, the UAE imported about 154,000 tons of meat of large horned and small cattle for more than 800 million USD.
The market of the Emirates is very promising for the Kazakhstani commodity producer, which until recently was virtually unknown to them.
Economic cooperation between the UAE and Kazakhstan has a great prospect for development. There is a mutual interest in trade, investment, supply of products, it is necessary only to create conditions for this interest to be realized in business.
