Timur Kulibayev met with the Business Ombudsmen of Kazakhstan and Russia
Cooperation between the Commissioners for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation will affect the formation of favorable business conditions.
Chairman of the Presidium of NCE RK "Atameken" Timur Kulibayev met with the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan Bolat Palymbetov and the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Russian Federation Boris Titov. Timur Kulibayev stressed the importance of exchanging experience between countries in promoting entrepreneurship development. He noted that cooperation between the Commissioners for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan and Russia will affect the formation of favorable conditions for business on the territory of the two states. "Since the institution of the Business Ombudsman in Kazakhstan is quite young, but it can already be said that this institution proves its effectiveness in practice. Owing to the assistance of the Business Ombudsman, many problematic issues found their solution", - said Timur Kulibayev. As it is known, in 2016 the Business Ombudsmen of the two countries signed the Memorandum of Cooperation. Its goal is to develop further cooperation of the Commissioners for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs on the basis of the agreements reached to maintain favorable conditions for doing business in Kazakhstan and Russia. Today, the interaction of two Commissioners for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs is bearing fruit. In the border areas, dozens of problems of entrepreneurs are resolved promptly. Thanks to the activities of the Business Ombudsmen, a number of illegal actions of bailiffs against businessmen of the two countries have been canceled.
