Let’s improve the agribusiness of Kazakhstan together
Atameken collects proposals and comments from business
On 5th of July was held the meeting of the AIC Committee of the Presidium of NCE RK "Atameken" under the leadership of President Ivan Sauer with the participation of the First Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kayrat Aytuganov, deputy akims of the regions and heads of agricultural enterprises through a video conference. On the agenda of the meeting were saturated and topical topics of the day, in particular, problems of accounting for milk for which subsidies from 10 to 25 tenge per 1 liter are paid. Practice shows that there are significant errors and shortcomings in the Information-Automated System (IAS), due to the low readiness of entrepreneurs and government agencies to automate fully the transfer of data on milk production.
"It is necessary in the pilot mode, in conjunction with the developers of IAS and business, to work out the issue of introducing the IAS system in a number of advanced dairy farms, and then to implement the system throughout the country", - Ivan Sauer said.
Representatives of the Union of Poultry Breeders addressed the issue of underfunding of subsidies for the production of poultry and edible eggs. All this is due to the fact that budgetary funds are located in the regions, as a result of which there is a disproportionate state support. It should be noted that many regions have not started paying subsidies at all.
On introduction of changes and additions to the draft Rules on reimbursement of a part of expenses incurred by an agro-industrial complex subject to investment investments.
Investment subsidies provide for reimbursement of costs for agribusiness entities incurred in investment.
This type of subsidy is an effective tool to encourage investment in the industry. Business representatives asked the draft Regulation to provide subsidies not only for metal structures, but also for reinforced concrete structures, as well as for purchasing vehicles for transporting agricultural products, and for many other items, there are comments and suggestions.
In this regard, Atameken collects proposals and comments from business to the Draft Rules, in order to submit subsequently the expert report to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
