How to ensure the conditions of sale for entrepreneurs?
Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE Nurzhan Altaev spoke about the issues of the sale of the Kazakhstani goods.
"Many manufacturers agree with me that the sale was a serious problem in the conditions of the unified market of EAEU. Therefore, we must change the approach to retailing, and focus on modern retail formats. Atameken proposes to support domestic networks of economy class, to give them the opportunity to receive investment money, cheap working capital, in which they are interested. At the same time, they must provide space for Kazakhstan products on their counters", - said Nurzhan Altaev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken".
The modernization of the markets is planned. The Law "On the Regulation of Trade Activities" defines the terms of modernization - 2018-2020. In this direction, Atameken is engaged in large-scale work involving all regional chambers of entrepreneurs in cooperation with local executive bodies. Approximately in the fourth quarter of this year, stage-by-stage plans for the modernization of trade markets will be drawn up in the context of regions, taking into account the need for financial and non-financial resources, including the need for land plots and the missing infrastructure.
"Last year, here at the Forum, I talked about the need to create a unified national commodity distribution system and the project of wholesale distribution centers (WDC). WDCs will allow to streamline the chain of movement of goods, which will lead to a reduction in product losses and a reduction in its final price. The provision of the population with high-quality and affordable products will improve", - explained Nurzhan Altaev.
Now, with the participation of all stakeholders, specific norms and provisions are discussed and elaborated, on which the activity of the WDCs will be based.
On the site of NCE RK "Atameken", was created an expert subgroup from representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, JSC "NUKH Kazagro", agricultural producers and trade networks, which purposefully develops the Concept for creating a network, rules for organizing the activities of WDC and a package of amendments to legislative acts.
"As we know last year, 10 memorandums were signed for 10 billion tenge with leading national companies. We hope that this year the projects will be larger and all agreements will be implemented", - Roman Sklyar, vice minister for investments and development, said summing up the results of last year's Forum.
Let's remind the III Forum of domestic commodity producers "Uly dala eli" is held in Astana. Within the framework of the forum will be held a republican contest-exhibition of , at which 144 regional winners of the contest "The best goods of Kazakhstan" will compete. 206 companies will present their goods at the exhibition "Made in Kazakhstan". A total of 350 best companies represent their products, visitors can purchase goods from the manufacturers.

This year NCE signed a unique agreement with the Chinese company JUMORE, which provided for Kazakhstani producers the opportunity to place goods on their site free of charge. JUMORE unites more than 60 thousand companies of China, and is represented in 148 countries of the world. The trading turnover of the electronic platform in 2016 amounted to 160 billion USD, and this year a turnover of about $ 800 billion is expected.
Earlier, during the IV Congress of NCE RK "Atameken" on 14th of June of the current year, a Memorandum of Understanding was concluded between NCE RK "Atameken" and representatives of Zoodel, Kazakhstani-Swiss B2B online trading platform.
The Chamber of Commerce of Kazakhstan held more than 50 B2B events. 30 contracts were concluded for the amount of 22 billion tenge. Cooperation has been established with the business institutes of the Russian Federation, China, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, the EU countries. On the electronic trading platform JUMORE, with the assistance of the VTP, 60 domestic producers (100 products) were registered.
