30th of August - the Day of the Fundamental Law of Kazakhstan is a holiday for every citizen of our great country. The Constitution of Kazakhstan is a solid foundation for the democratic development of our state. The adoption of the Constitution was a major step in ensuring the human rights and citizenship, contributed to the further enhancement of Kazakhstan's international authority in the world arena.
. For everyone who respects our state, its legal foundations and even the very word "Constitution" is of paramount importance. This is not just a declaration of good intentions, it is a really working document with direct action.
The Constitution is the custodian of the rights and freedoms of citizens, the sovereignty and integrity of the borders of our blooming and strong Kazakhstan.
From the bottom of my heart I wish you good health, prosperity and comfort in your families, patriotism, high achievements, successes in the labor of courage and confidence in the future of our state.
