"Atameken" collects proposals to the draft law on health issues
NCE submits the draft law for discussion
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Atameken (National Chamber) has received a Concept for the Draft Law "On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Health Care" (draft law). Due to the high social importance of the draft law aimed at improving corporate governance in medical organizations, the legislative definition of the status and competence of the joint commission on the quality of medical services, in the form of a non-profit organization, the development of the public health system, medical education in Kazakhstan, the optimization of sanitary and epidemiological requirements for removal of excessive state regulation, as well as to fill gaps in the health legislation, "Atameken" makes announced a discussion of the draft law.
