The procedure for the supply of goods of the light industry to China will be simplified
NCE RK "Atameken" and "Asia Pacific Food Capital" signed a Memorandum on 24th of October at Atameken
Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken" Nurzhan Altaev and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chinese company "Asia Pacific Food Capital" ltd (APOFCO) Li Dziping signed Memorandum between Atameken and Chinese company APOFCO. Negotiations with this large Chinese company began in July 2017 at the "Fair of Kazakhstani goods" organized in Beijing. During the fair, APOFCO appreciated the organic values of Kazakhstani goods, it got interested in honey and products of the milling company "Kaztorgtrans". Cereals of Akmola, North Kazakhstan and Kostanay oblasts are already in the register of exports to China. Now the samples of the production of these enterprises are directed for a detailed examination. In the near future, their supply to the Chinese market will be possible.
Li Dzing is also chairman of the Association of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China. The association includes 1800 enterprises and renders more than 47 business services in various directions.
"Because of the lack of information about the standards and rules for the supply of goods to China, or from China to Kazakhstan, entrepreneurs do not have the opportunity to develop export potential. In this connection, it is planned to open an open-ended international exhibition center, which will facilitate the trade turnover between the two countries. Kazakhstan will have the opportunity to develop the sphere of light industry. In addition, China will be able to enter the markets of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Belarus, using the transit window through Kazakhstan", - commented Li Dzing, chairman of the board of directors of the Chinese company Asia Pacific Food Capital.
According to Li Dzing, export and import center will appear in the near future. It is expected that it will work in the direction of light industry, where in the form of a single "window" will be provided full support of goods, starting from customs procedures to its direct delivery to the partner country. The details of a single "window" will be specified in the framework of the planned trip for November of representatives of Atameken to China.
Within the framework of the memorandum, China is ready to purchase some grain crops of Kazakhstan, namely they are interested in grain, flax and barley.
