Two large associations of the Russian Federation are ready, together with Atameken, to fight against barriers
The tourist potential of Kazakhstan was presented in Moscow within the framework of the conference organized by the Trade Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conference "Tourism potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan" was held in Moscow. The event was attended by representatives of leading associations of the Russian Federation, hotels and resorts of Kazakhstan, airlines, tour operators of the two countries, as well as a representative of NCE RK "Atameken".
It is worth noting that representatives of Russian business are interested in developing relations with their Kazakh counterparts. According to the results of the first half of the year, Astana became the second popular city in the CIS, visited by Russian citizens. Experts say, this is due to the International Exhibition "Astana EXPO-2017". The two largest Russian associations have voiced their interest in working with Atameken on reducing barriers to doing business, solving problems and creating favorable conditions for doing business in the tourism industry of the two countries.

At the moment, ATOR includes the largest tour operator companies from various regions of Russia. In total, ATOR members cover more than 80% of the entire exit flow from Russia, more than 70% of the inbound and about 60% of the domestic tourist flow.
ATOR defends the interests of its participants, provides them with legal and information support. Since 2009, ATOR is an associate member of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). - The Tourist Association of Russian Regions (TARR) - was established on March 1, 2017 with the participation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the Federation Council of the Russian Federation. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Association is Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council G.N. Karelova. In 15 regions of Russia, representative offices have been established, co-founded by regional administrations. The moderator of the event was Sergey Nikolayevich Abramov, Chairman of the Committee on Tourism and Hotel Business of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The welcoming speech at the conference was made by the Councilor-Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation Bolat Imanbaev. Speaker from the Kazakh side was Daniyar Toktarbayev, Deputy Director of the Service Department of NCE RK "Atameken".
He spoke about the current trends and innovations of Kazakhstani tourism, planned events for 2018 as part of the development of the tourism industry, as well as the activities of the National Chamber in solving industry problems and creating favorable conditions for business development in this area. The final part of the event continued in the framework of B2B meetings.
