Chelyabinsk hosted the XIV Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan The event was attended by Presidents Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin, during which was signed a statement on the 25th anniversary of the relationship. During the Forum, Putin and Nazarbayev visited an exhibition on "Human Capital Development".
