NCE RK "Atameken" and JSC NC "KazMunayGas" signed a memorandum
On November 10, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of NCE RK "Atameken" Rustam Zhursunov and vice president of legal support - member of the Board of JSC NC "KazMunaiGas" Ardak Mukushov signed a memorandum of cooperation between JSC NK " KazMunayGas" and NCE RK "Atameken". The main areas of cooperation within the framework of the memorandum are the development of joint proposals on improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expanding the resolution of commercial disputes of the KMG group of companies at the National Center of Arbitration, developing joint programs and projects aimed at enhancing legal culture and so on.
Rustam Zhursunov noted that JSC "NC" KazMunayGas" is one of the leaders of corporate governance and management in general.
"By the end of this year, several serious events are planned. The II Forum is planned jointly with the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where we will first discuss the risk management system, because it is formally there, but how it will work is a big issue. All business issues will be revisited. We believe that there will be full automation on the basis of the Committee of Legal Statistics. This is an ambitious task", - said Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken".
He also talked about the current law enforcement practice.

"We can write the perfect laws, but how they will be realized in life is a big question. In this regard, we set the task of increasing the responsibility of civil servants. We should make such a legal regime, according to which everyone can protect himself without resorting to Atameken or the Prosecutor General's Office. Also, the Forum is planned to be held jointly with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, there is already an agreement on the level of the first leaders. This is a very serious progress, because by virtue of their constitutional status, courts are still conservative. But the impulse that is already going on is of great promise", - Rustam Zhursunov said.
Ardak Mukushov expressed gratitude to NCE RK "Atameken" for efforts to protect the rights and interests of business, ensuring the wide coverage and involvement of all entrepreneurs in the process of forming legislative and other regulatory rules for doing business.
