Not everyone talks about problems during the meeting – Serik Toregeldin

The head of the Council for the rights of entrepreneurs started his annual tour to cities and district centres of Karaganda region.

Last week the chairman of the regional council for the rights of entrepreneurs and anticorruption Serik Toregeldin visited Shakhtinsk. The goal of the working visit was identification of problems in entrepreneurship, particularly, the existence of administrative barriers which impede to build and develop local business. Moreover, local entrepreneurs worry about tax issues, tariff-fixing system, municipal services etc. The head of the council also counsels entrepreneurs on their personal business problems.

“Not everyone talks about problems during the meeting that is why I counsel entrepreneurs personally and explain them different legislations” - says Serik Toregeldin.

As a result of the meeting problematic questions will be considered in the near future at the meeting of the regional Council. Some suggestions are taken under control for a further processing at higher level. 

Summing up above -mentioned facts, the most problematic issues remain tariff policy, provision of ground suitable for commerce, for the villages- status determination of small human settlements which determines tax burden etc.

The entrepreneurs told about high costs on coal, ecological situation with regard to the location of industrial companies. They suggested to involve independent experts considering new tariffs of monopolists. 

The chairman of the Council for its part promised to resolve identified issues.

The next meeting with entrepreneurs will be in Buhar-Zhirau district, in Saran city and Abay city etc.
