Kazakh-Chinese Business Council
The 5th meeting of the Kazakh-Chinese Business Council is planned for 7 June 2018 in Beijing (China). The meeting will be held in the framework of the official visit of President of the RK Nursultan Nazarbayev to China.
The Council was established at the instruction of the heads of state and is a dialogue platform for representatives of business circles of Kazakhstan and China. It is also an effective tool of promoting trade-economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
In General, the format involves the exchange of information between representatives of business circles in development of bilateral cooperation in various sectors of the economy and establishing new contacts. In addition to the plenary sessions of the Council, it is planned to hold 4 panel discussions.
Besides that a Trade and Cultural House of Kazakhstan will be opened in the city of Xi'an in the framework of the cooperation agreement between Kazakhstan chamber of Commerce and the XI'an Silk Road Electronic Commerce Co. LTD.To date, work has begun on the development of Trade and Cultural House with total area of about 5000 sq. m. It will include a showroom to place Kazakh products, which in turn will allow local companies to be in the main economic and strategic center of the North-Western part of China.
