"Digital Arena" - 2: In what the value of start-upers?
IT-Council of the NCE RK "Atameken" held the Forum "Digital Arena" - 2 in the format "without ties" on the Astana Hub site.
Vice-ministers came to an informal meeting with representatives of IT. The issue of digitalization was on the agenda. The event was held with the support of "National Information Technologies" JSC.
The moderator of the meeting was the Chairman of the IT-Council of the NCE RK "Atameken" Mirus Kurmashev. Having greeted the guests, he turned the floor to the declared speakers.
Vice-ministers of agriculture Arman Yevniyev, of information and communication Dinara Shcheglova, of investment and development Timur Toktabayev and of defense and aerospace industry Marat Nurguzhin shared their immediate plans and tasks.
They also answered questions of interest to IT representatives, and also expressed their readiness for cooperation and work with beginner start-upers.

Bagdat Musin, the special guest, innovator and the head of BeIn Tech company, pointed out in his speech what exactly Kazakhstan expects from young IT specialists and where.
"Digitalization must penetrate deeper, not to "stand" at the state walls, and accumulate in heavy industries. There are many more problems there, and they are economically obvious. (...) Not only in our country, there are few startups in the world that reveal the production efficiency. The value of a digitalizer rises when it deeply immerses in the industry itself and really solves its questions. At least a year after working closely on some production, he studies the whole cycle, identifies the problem and provides a solution. It is not for the state to do this, but we ourselves (innovators, start-upers) provide a ready solution. We have shifted market issues to the state," - Bagdat Musin said.

"Openness in communication and accessibility becomes a trend, and this is the reason for pride, because "the people heard" is the basis of a successful state. Certainly, this networking site for representatives of the IT market and heads of digitalization ministries will improve the quality of IT projects and will give fresh impetus to strengthening business and public sector relations," - Asset Turysov, chairman of the board of National Information Technologies JSC, said.
Summing up, the Chairman of IT-council of the NCE RK "Atameken" Mirus Kurmashev thanked the speakers for the time allotted and for the opportunity to build an open dialogue and what they showed the existing shortcomings in the sectors.
