Askar Mamin conducted personal training for young businessmen

The Prime Minister Askar Mamin has visited the Atameken Support Center (the Atameken Qoldau Ortalygy), a mobile employment center. The Center trains working specialties and conduct Zhas Kasipker master classes for beginning businessmen in Nur-Sultan. In the classroom of Zhas Kasіpker for teaching the basics of entrepreneurship, the Prime Minister personally conducted a business training for project participants, the press service of the Prime Minister reports. 

The activity of Atameken Mobile Employment Centers is aimed at teaching youth the basics of entrepreneurship and subsequent employment. Mobile centers are open in Nur-Sultan, Almaty, and Shymkent, currently, there are nine operating centers, it is planned to open 30 more in all regions of Kazakhstan.

The Prime Minister met and talked with young specialists wishing to start their own business.

The head of Government noted that “within the framework of the social policy of the First President – Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, and on the instructions of the President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the Government developed a package of urgent measures to improve the welfare of the population. Until the end of 2019, more than 300,000 young citizens will be covered by employment promotion measures including short-term vocational training in the framework of the Bastau Business, Zhas Kasipker programmes, microcredit and grants for start-up projects.

The Prime Minister also visited the Danmard training center on sewing. The period of study in this training center is 3 months; the monthly scholarship is 21,000 tenge.

Upon completion of training, unemployed and self-employed youth can apply for a grant worth more than 500,000 tenge, as well as a scholarship of 19,000 tenge per month.

Today, 563 training centers operate in Kazakhstan (50 training centers in the capital), and in the future, it is planned to increase their number to 1,000.

Remind that the Atameken Support Centers, the mobile employment centers, are implemented with the aim of proactively promoting employment. They are based in block-modular pavilions and are located near the markets, railway stations, on streets with heavy traffic, densely populated areas. Consultant managers help visitors to find a job, get a new profession within the framework of the Enbek state employment programme and to take part in the Zhas Kasipker and Bastau projects.
