The annual award ceremony was held in Nur-Sultan on December 13.

The Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized the event dedicated to the Independence Day with the participation of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Prime Minister Askar Mamin, Chairman of the Presidium of the Atameken NCE RK Timur Kulibayev, Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Beybut Atamkulov, as well as members of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, heads of central state bodies and enterprises of the republic.

Altyn Sapa is the prestigious republican competition in the field of quality. 14 domestic enterprises, which achieved the most outstanding success in the production of goods, works and services in 2019, were awarded the Altyn Sapa Presidential Prize.

Altyn Sapa serves as a benchmarking tool for Kazakhcompanies, and the business processes of the winners become the standard for all. The Altyn Sapa National Award is the first stage of the CIS Quality Award competition.                                                             

For 13 years of existence of the award, more than 2000 domestic enterprises took part in the competition. This year, 216 candidates from all over the country competed for the title of the best. Awards were traditionally handed over in four nominations to subjects of small, medium and large businesses:

- The best enterprise producing food or agricultural products: Magzhan & K LLP (Kyzylorda region), Milkh LLP (Kostanay region), Good Look Trading House LLP (Zhambyl region).

- The Best service provider: TransAvia LLP (Almaty), Caspian Engineering & Research LLP (Mangistau region), KAZTECHNOLOGY Engineering Company LLP (Nur-Sultan).

- The Best enterprise producing goods for the population: KPK ZETA LLP (Almaty region), Kudaibergenov F.T. IE (Turkestan region), Roza Valyalno-Voylochny Kombinat LLP (East Kazakhstan region).

- The Best industrial enterprise: Almaty Heavy Engineering Plant JSC (Almaty), Ural Transformer Plant LLP (West Kazakhstan region), AZAM-KC LLP (Akmola region).

The special prizes of the Altyn Sapa contest were awarded by the Head of State. The winners of the statuettes were Byomer Armatura LLP (Karaganda region) in the nomination "Best Industrial Project" and SKZ-U LLP (Kyzylorda region, Zhanakorgan village) in the nomination "Best Innovative Project".

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the people of Kazakhstan on the upcoming Independence Day, spoke about the achievements of domestic entrepreneurs and plans for the near future. He reported that the volume of Kazakh exports is 165 billion dollars, for the last 8 years 85 new commodity positions of Kazakhstan have been brought to foreign markets. In the process of industrialization in the country, there are actively opening new production facilities, implementing projects on the digitization of enterprises, automation, and robotization of business processes. Responding to the new world challenges, the state strives to realize its economic potential, which should be expressed in the competitiveness of domestic business, further stimulation of exports, development of the manufacturing industry.

"Our ultimate goal is the balanced growth of the economy and improvement of citizens' welfare. I am sure that together we will solve all the set tasks,” Kassym-Jomart Tokayev summed up.

Within the framework of the event, the awards were also presented to the winners of the ALTYN OIMAQ designers' contest, which was held for the first time in Kazakhstan:

- The best design of children's clothing with a national ornament - Ainagul Mazinova (Aktobe region).                                                      

- The best custom design of sports shoes – Aibibibi Abuova (Nur-Sultan).

- The best design of home textiles with a national ornament – Evgeniya Zhandarbayeva (Nur-Sultan).

- The best design of a business outfit with a national ornament - Elmira Bitureeva (Almaty).

- The best design of sportswear with a national ornament - Alina Danilova (Almaty).

International award "Business Kemeldilik" was awarded to the Adili LLP and TemirMash Pavlodar plant.

The Isker prize was awarded to Aisberg PV LLP, Natizhe Sut Fabrikasy LLP, Shakhterskoye LLP, Semiramida Sewing Firm LLP, Grand Miks IE, Baitemirova R. S.IE, SKF Otdelstroy" LLP, Urazbayeva A SU_KZ IE, Dana-Del IE, Sultanov S. Т.I.E.

The winners of the Uly Dala Eli umbrella brand award: Abai Daulet LLP, Premium Oil Trans LLP, GOOD LOOK Trading House LLP.

The title "The best product of Kazakhstan" in 2019 was awarded:

- Best industrial products: Fiberglass Pipe Plant LLP, BatysAllianceStroy LLP, Global Spetsodezhda Production Association LLP.

- Best Products for the Population: PERI LLP, PK AGF Group LLP, MARAI E7 Group LLP.

- Best Food Products: VIZiT Non-alcoholic Beverages Plant LLP, Kazmyasoproduct LLP, DALA-FRUIT.KZ LLP.
