EEC in conjunction with NCE RK "Atameken" will discuss the issues of antimonopoly regulation in the EAEU
Eurasian Economic Commission in cooperation with the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" will discuss the issues of antimonopoly regulation at cross-border markets of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The meeting will be attended by the Member of the Board (Minister) for competition and anti-monopoly regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Nurlan Aldabergenov, Chairman of NCE RK "Atameken" Ablai Myrzakhmetov, representatives of business - associations of Kazakhstan, regional chambers of entrepreneurs, as well as state agencies.
The agenda includes issues of division of powers to stop violations of the rules of competition between the Eurasian Commission and national competition authorities of the Member States of EAEU, as well as procedures for reviewing applications, conducting investigations and deal with cases of unfair competition, anti-competitive agreements (cartels) and abuse of dominant position at cross-border markets of EAEU.
They will also discuss the current state of competition and problematic issues at cross-border markets of EAEC.
