Center for arbitration and arbitration proceedings of NCE RK "Atameken" earned more than 3 million tenge

This information was voiced at a meeting of the Governing Board of the Center for arbitration and arbitration proceedings NCE RK. We remind that the arbitration center was set up within the structure of the National Chamber in July 2014, and started its activities in December. As I informed the Executive Secretary of the Centre Aisha Zhumabekova, just during this period by the condition on July 1, 2015 were received 5 claims, there were considered 3 cases for the recovery of debts between Kazakhstani resident companies for different amounts.

Member of the Governing Board of the arbitration center Anatoly Linnik informed about amendments, introduced to the regulations of Centre under NCE RK.

Secretary General of the Centre Zhumabai Shamshiev informed on the results of work and prospects of further development of the Center for arbitration and arbitration proceedings under NCE RK "Atameken".

"There were summed up arbitrage activities, there were distributed roles for each member of the Governing Board, there were given specific instructions. Thus, in various fields, sectors and regions will start working subjects, who would be supervised by members of the Governing Board – each by its line. They will make a contribution, including promotion and attraction of business entities, training of arbitrators, extension of reconciliation methods, mediation, cooperation with international organizations ", - said the head of the arbitration center.

There were made a number of proposals. Funding for the center will only grow and maybe there will be allocated additional resources to the Arbitration Centre to carry out its activities in order to enhance business in the country and creation of a favorable investment climate. There was also approved an additional list of arbitrators.
