With IT officers without ties
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" held an informal meeting with the heads of IT-companies of Astana
Executive Secretary of NCE RK "Atameken" Evgenyi Bolgert made a presentation on the key aspects of the activities of the Secretariat of the Committee of information and communication technologies and "green economy".
Representatives of the IT-sector of the capital got acquainted with reviews on the latest changes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the initiative which belongs to the Chamber. The guests were informed about the tools of non-financial support to entrepreneurs, provided by NCE RK "Atameken". Of particular interest was the information about the conditions of doing business in the field of IT in connection with the accession to the WTO.
In a dialogue with entrepreneurs were highlighted problems. In particular, on the proposed cancellation of the certificate CT-KZ as a basis for granting preferences in public procurement tenders and the granting of subsidies through non-governmental instruments (certificates).
Participants were interested in the possibility of reducing the tax burden on the IT-enterprises in the conditions of increased competition at EAEU markets and possibility of introducing a moratorium on the participation of foreign IT companies in the state procurements. There was addressed the issue of approval of professional standards in the industry by IT enterprises.
Businessmen got a clear idea of the work that NCE RK "Atameken" has been doing to address the problems of IT industry.
