Postponed "indefinitely"
The review of entrepreneurial code was postponed until fall
Consideration of the draft "Entrepreneurial Code" and the accompanying law will continue in autumn of this year. This was announced today during a joint session of the Chambers of Parliament by the speaker of the Mazhilis Kabibulla Dzhakupov.
Summing up the results of the fourth session of the Parliament of V convocation, the speaker noted that the two documents "during the past session of the Mazhilis were quickly prepared for consideration - the expected “Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the accompanying law",
According to K. Dzhakupov, there were carried out more than fifty meetings of the working group, MPs introduced more than 1,600 amendments amongst which more than five hundred were accepted. "There were introduced changes and additions to 10 codes and more than 90 other RLAs, and 11 laws were eliminated. However, due to the proposal of the National Commission on the modernization, Prime Minister asked to consider these bills at the next session", - stated the Chairman of the Mazhilis.
