Chairman of the Board of “KAZNEX INVEST” Borisbiy Zhangurazov commented on the transfer of 49% of the agency’s shares to NCE RK "Atameken"
As it is known, on 25th of June, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan and the Committee for State Property of RK have signed an agreement on the transfer of 49% of the shares of the National Agency for Export and Investment "Kaznex Invest" in trust management to NCE RK "Atameken" without the right to repurchase it.
"Since our agency is intended to promote entrepreneurship, in terms of attracting investment, export promotion and creation of infrastructure for conduction of business at the territory of FEZ, we think that this is a positive thing, because NCE is representative of all of Kazakhstan's business community. In our opinion, the representatives of NCE in the management of JSC “KAZNEX INVEST” will give a clear understanding of what business needs at the moment. They will be able to bring in additional expertise of business processes in Kazakhstan as well as in those cases when we attract foreign direct investment, they can help us to find local partners for large investment projects", - said the Chairman of the Board of KAZNEX INVEST Borisbiy Zhangurazov.
