When the citizens of Kazakhstan will be able to repay their debts to the budget, will the courts and other government agencies at the border let the residents to leave the country in peace, as it is done in many countries?

Alas, officials can’t give a definite answer to this question. Commenting on this topic at the briefing at the office of the Central Communications, Deputy Director of the Department for the Execution of Judicial Acts of the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan Saida Sagadat said that this issue is being addressed.

"But since it can’t be solved so quickly – in terms of technical and regulatory issues, it is impossible at the moment to find a way out", - she said.

At the same time, there is a hope that the former debtors would be quickly excluded from the "black list" restricted to travel abroad. Talking about this, Saida Sagadat spoke about legislation intricacies which are being currently discussed, according to which the payment of debts through state payment gateways, for example, egov.kz will allow to close automatically all debts. But meanwhile this “issue is still being discussed”.

According to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the state bailiffs currently have claims in the production, equaling 227 billion tenge. The ban on departure from Kazakhstan was set for 236,000 in Kazakhstan. Saida Sagadat stressed that often citizens who have paid their debt forget to notify the bailiffs and, therefore, remain in the "black list".
