"Atameken" will teach the first cooperators
The National Chamber of entrepreneurs will make a significant contribution to the unification of private farms in the agricultural cooperatives
In every region of Kazakhstan will be selected rural areas, where agricultural cooperatives will be opened initially in pilot mode. First Deputy Minister of Agriculture Kayrat Aituganov stated today at the session of the Government that only in Kazakhstan it is planned before the end of the year to create 150 such structures, which combine 100 milk collection centers and more than 2 thousand 200 family feedlots. Meanwhile, according to the First Deputy Minister on 15th of October 2016 were created 28 milk collection points and 3.3 thousand family feedlots that, according to calculations, will allow to involve 15 thousand private farms. "Today, specialists of NCE "Atameken" will start training, a pilot project in the area of Nura of Karaganda region. Under "Atameken" was created the Center of Agricultural Competence, where farmers are taught", - said Kayrat Aituganov.
In addition, to achieve greater activity for the development of agricultural cooperatives provided new incentives - "developed and already approved new credit products for additional lending to cooperatives "Yntymak” , development of farm animals "Igilik", the creation of milk collection points "Birlik", creation of feeding "Bereke". For these purposes 31.8 billion tenge were allocated from the state budget.
"In order to ensure the availability of micro-credits, amendments were introduced to the Decree of the Government providing for an increase in the size of loans up to 16 million tenge, and the loan term up to 7 years", - said Kayrat Aituganov.
They also discussed and rules for the founders of agricultural cooperatives. Speaking of which, Kayrat Aituganov noted for download, for example, milk collection points in the cooperative must have at least 20 participants. "Previously, agricultural cooperatives were created as consumer ones, and could not make a profit. Today, the law clearly stipulates that agricultural cooperatives have the right to make a profit", - said Kayrat Aituganov.
Evaluating the durability of agricultural cooperation in Kazakhstan, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture noted that the benefit is obvious. "Many villagers go to the city, while in rural areas they can earn more than in the city. I can give an example of a number of areas, for example, in Karaganda, where young farmers are also united in co-operatives, and now for the past three years they export goose meat to Russia, earning more than a dozen million tenge and even dollars", - concluded Kayrat Aituganov.
