EEP will ensure transparency in the procurement of grantees
LLP "Monitoring and Market Expertise Center" and JSC "Science Foundation" signed an agreement on the use of the Eurasian electronic portal. An agreement on the use of the Eurasian electronic portal was signed between LLP "Center for Monitoring and Market Expertise", NCE RK "Atameken" and JSC "Science Foundation" in the building of AZ "Emerald Quarter" on 10th of April 2017. The event was attended by the President of JSC "Science Foundation" Anuarbek Sultangazin and acting director of LLP "Center for Monitoring and Expertise of the Market" Ayimgul Abileva.
The subject of the Agreement is cooperation and interaction of the Parties in the field of promotion of optimal and effective expenditure of funds allocated for the grant, publicity and transparency of the procurement process for grantees of the Fund of Science JSC. Within the framework of the agreement, JSC "Science Foundation" will disseminate information about the Eurasian Electronic Portal among its grantees about the use of affordable and promising services of the Eurasian electronic portal. Joint Stock Company "Science Foundation" was established in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 7, 2006 No. 1057 "On the establishment of the joint stock company "Science Foundation". The main subject of activity of JSC "Science Foundation" is to promote the development of priority, initiative, risky research, design and development activities, ensuring the practical implementation of scientific research in the country. The only shareholder of the JSC "Science Foundation" is the State Institution "Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan". The Presidium of the National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan "Atameken Union" on March 15, 2012 decided to create an Information and Analytical Portal "Monitoring and Market Expertise Center". In order to implement these functions, on 25th of November 2013, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs created LLP "Center for Monitoring and Expertise of the Market" with a 100% stake, the main task of which was to create a single Kazakhstani Information and Analytical Business Portal "Monitoring and Market Expertise Center". The Eurasian electronic portal is a publicly available information system that provides electronic services for the full cycle of paperless procurement procedures. Electronic purchases on the Portal are conducted in real time and provide legal entities with access to the electronic format of doing civil transactions for the sale of goods, works and services, with certification of legal actions by an electronic digital signature.
