Prime Minister of Kazakhstan listened to entrepreneurs of Akmola region
The largest and backbone enterprises of Akmola region are JSC "Altyntau Kokshetau", JSC "KAMAZ-Engineering", JSC "EPK-Stepnogorsk", JSC "GMK" Kazakhaltyn" and LLP "SGKhK". Within the framework of the Industrialization Map in the region, 17 projects are being implemented with an investment volume of 623.3 billion KZT. Of these, in 2017, within the framework of SPFIID, it is planned to introduce 7 projects worth 95.4 billion tenge with the creation of 1,111 jobs.
The company LLP “Yesil Agro” was opened in 2009 and currently has a livestock of dairy cattle in the amount of 1 609 heads, meat direction - 387 heads. In addition, there are 87 000 hectares of agricultural land, including arable land - 41 366 hectares and natural pastures - 45 634 hectares. Their average yield is 15 quintals per hectare, among which leguminous crops about 22 500 tons.
As part of the working visit to Akmola region, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev met with members of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the region, where issues of support and development of small and medium businesses were discussed.
Within the framework of the meeting, participants discussed the allocation of additional funds for the development of the tourism industry, the modernization of trade markets, the increase in budgets for subsidizing the interest rate within the framework of BRM-2020 program, financing of large agricultural production cooperatives, the adjustment of general layouts of settlements, and the development of small industrial zones in Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by Nurzhan Altaev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken", Chairman of the Regional Council, General Director of LLP “Esil” Kazbek Eskendirov, Head of LLP “Enbek” Kuanysh Rakishev, General Director of LLC “Trading House” Alexei Smagin, Head of LLP "New Kokshetau" Rustam Dzhangunakov, director of LLP "Gormolzavod" Asen Zhaksylykov, president of Kokshetau University named after. A. Myrzahmetova Madi Elyubayev, as well as Yerzhan Kuangan, the founder of LLP "Trend +", and Kairat Sultanov, the director of LLP "Zeren-Nur", the chairman of the Akmola tourist industry association.
Minister of National Economy Timur Suleimenov, Vice Minister of Information and Communications of Kazakhstan Kayrat Balykbayev gave their comments on the raised issues.
In the course of his speech Bakytzhan Sagintayev noted that the development of entrepreneurship is one of the main priorities of the work of the Government. In this direction, measures are being taken to create favorable business conditions, including cost cutting, reduction of inspections, deregulation and expansion of credit support. In addition, two new state programs are currently being implemented: the development of agribusiness, the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship, which also contain business support tools.
At the same time, Bakytzhan Sagintayev noted that with the development of the business area of the region, it is necessary to pay special attention to tourism as one of the most promising sectors of the regional economy. This part requires further development of tourism and transport and logistics infrastructure, as well as the implementation of public-private partnership projects.
