First Forum of Business Ombudsmen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation was launched in Astana for the first time
On the agenda of the Forum questions of protection of rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs of RK and RF
On 2nd of September 2017 the first Forum of Business Ombudsmen of Kazakhstan and Russia was launched in Astana.
The Forum will be attended by Bolat Palymbetov - Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, Boris Titov – the Commissioner under the President of the Russian Federation for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs, Ablay Myrzakhmetov - Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken", Marat Akhmetzhanov - Deputy Prosecutor General of RK, Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the RK for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-corruption - Alik Shpekbayev, Business Ombudsmen of the Russian Federation (82 regions of the Russian Federation), heads of sectors of the Office of the Commissioner for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the regions of Kazakhstan (16 regions), as well as the heads of a number of state bodies of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
The work of the Forum will consist of three sessions, which will discuss issues of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs in the course of criminal and administrative prosecution, as well as administrative and legal barriers that impede bilateral cooperation between the business of Kazakhstan and Russia. It is planned to sign two Agreements:
1) Agreement between NCE RK "Atameken" and the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in the joint detection and resolution of systemic problems of entrepreneurs;
2) Agreement between the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan and the Commissioner under the President of the Russian Federation for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs on Mutual Assistance in the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs and the Provision of Information in the Sphere of Entrepreneurial Activity.
