You can resume within 10 days, despite the previously issued 6-month ban On 13 of November 2017 in the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the working group meeting on the draft law "On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Violations", at the insistence of NCE RK "Atameken", the deputies unanimously approved the norms regarding the possibility of resuming the validity of the permit / license for the most problematic articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
At present, according to the general part of the Code of Administrative Offenses, penalties can be imposed for offenses in the form of suspension of activities or permits up to 6 months. In connection with which, entrepreneurial activity is idle today, taxes are not paid to the budget, jobs are lost, business is colossal, despite the elimination of all comments issued by state bodies.
However, thanks to the proposals of NCE RK "Atameken", the business will be able to resume its activities within 10 days, despite the previously issued 6-month ban on carrying out entrepreneurial activities. This proposal is aimed at protecting the rights and interests of an unlimited number of entrepreneurs, which will significantly improve the situation of business in the country.
