“Bastau business” invites coaches
Don’t miss the chance to become a member of a big team
The education project, that started in 2017 in the framework of the development program on the productive employment and mass entrepreneurship in 80 districts of Kazakhstan. It will cover 160 districts until 2021
The aim of the “Bastau business” project: Boosting employment for the unemployed and self-employed residents of Kazakhstan through the practical training of basic entrepreneurial skills and also business initiatives support.
Basic candidate requirements:
- Aged 26 or over
- Business projects experience of launching ,ideally in rural areas
- Basic knowledge of business-planning, financial modelling, marketing fundamentals, market studies, state business regulations
- Experience working with first-time entrepreneurs, ability to work in groups with 15-70 people and individually,
- MSB state support measures and first time entrepreneurs support measures knowledge,
- Rural market specifics and major kinds of business understanding
- communicative competence including mentor/coaching skills, feedback with trainees ability
- Ability to work in a team with the regional chambers of entrepreneurs and to cooperate with the state bodies and the partners of the project
We expect from you:
- professional approach and total immersion into the project
- active position and the interest in rural MSB development
- be ready to share your knowledge and experience and also to constantly develop your skills during the work
- staying at the place where the training is conducted taking into account the extended period between the batches
- From the project you will receive:
- experience of work in the interesting national level project
- permanent employment under the service contract (the project is focused till 2021inclusively) and professional development
Transparent system of business coaches selection includes:
1 stage – CV and motivation letter “Why do you want to participate in the project”
2 stage - practical assignments on business-planning, financial modelling
3 stage - 5-days training for coaches. Professional skills confirmation through the test (after a successful passing of the previous stage)
4 stage - personnel reserve entry
5 stage - invitation to the project

They came to study and 285 students became entrepreneurs and got the funding in the amount of one million of tenge.
