BUSINESSMEN ARE INVITED TO CARRY OUT REGULATORY IMPACT OF EAEU ACTS
The NCE RK "Atameken" announces the start of a public discussion of the draft decision of the Board of the EAEU "On the determination of the processing time of goods in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union for certain categories of goods" as well as the Lists of international and regional (interstate) standards approved by October 18, 2016 №161, and in their absence - national (state) standards.
As a result of the application of these standards on a voluntary basis, the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union “On the safety of machinery and equipment” and containing the rules and methods of research (testing) and measurements are met. Including the rules for sampling necessary to apply and fulfill the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of machinery and equipment" and the implementation of conformity assessment of objects of technical regulation.
