"PERSONAL OFFICE OF THE ENTREPRENEUR" WAS PRESENTED TO BUSINESS OF THE CAPITAL

“Currently, the "Atameken" National Chamber has focused its work on creating services and products targeted at small and micro businesses. For the five years of our existence, we have established contacts with big business, we work with medium-sized businesses through associations. And now we are specifically focusing on the micro-business, we are developing and introducing convenient and free services,” - Aspena Dosmaganova, Acting Deputy Chairman of the Board of the NCE RK "Atameken", said at a meeting with entrepreneurs in Astana.

The personal account of the entrepreneur is easily accessible and convenient to use. At the moment, several services have already been entered and are operational.

The first is the “Urgent Call” pilot project, a business assistance service, working both remotely and with a mobile team leaving for the problem site.

The second service is “100 free documents”. These are acts of delivery ad acceptance of works or services, contracts, powers of attorney and other important documents that are always needed in the work of any business entity. Currently, the personal account includes 100 the most common templates. If a business needs new, additional templates, then the NCE is ready to develop and post them on the portal.

The third service is “Security Testing”. Each user has access to check their potential partner or supplier. After the request, the service provides 40 reliability indicators of the requested company, such as tax arrears, administrative and criminal fines, whether it is contained in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, as well as in terms of government procurement, does it have all the necessary licenses and much more. The database is based on data that is provided by the Tax Committee as well. At the same time, the NCE is working out the service ability to display information about entrepreneurs undergoing bankruptcy or liquidation.

The fourth service is “Entrepreneurial Initiatives”. Businessmen are already showing interest in it, in particular, an initiative to increase the amount of non-repayable grants at least twice within the framework of the “Business Road Map 2020” program has been voiced.


“In order to make the business sphere even more favorable, everyone must have their own ideas on how to improve it. In the “Entrepreneurial Initiatives” section, anyone can launch their proposal, it goes through a wide discussion with all the participating actors, then there is a voting. Currently, nine entrepreneurial initiatives have already been launched,” – Aspena Dosmaganova shared.

The next service is “Digital CSC”. Here, any businessman can get 61 services absolutely free. For example, tax, legal, customs, marketing advice of a different nature. In addition, here the entrepreneur can enroll and complete business training, submit an application for the development of a business plan and site. The main feature is that all services can be obtained without leaving home, online. In addition, for greater convenience, there is also a mobile version of the service.

“Today, about 300 entrepreneurs already use the services of the “Personal Account”. Every day the number of users grows, we receive feedback from them, the business becomes more active, they show great interest in our new products. Our mission is the full assistance and support of domestic entrepreneurship. There are more such meetings, which means that "Atameken’s" work is moving in the right, qualitative direction,” –Aspena Dosmaganova added.

 

The list of services will also include the “Single window of public procurement” and a very convenient product - the “Credit aggregator”, where entrepreneurs will be able to submit an application in fixed form, and "Atameken" will provide available sources of financing from banks or microfinance organizations.

Now the creation of a service in the "My Account" is being worked out, which will help to fully automate business processes. The entrepreneur will always be aware of how many goods are in stock. He can remotely monitor all sales and actions of employees, as well as automatically generate and send tax reports. In addition to this, the online cash desk service will be available to entrepreneurs, which will be displayed in the free-of-charge service window of the "Personal Account".
