TWO KAZAKHSTANI RESIDENTIAL BLOCK MANAGEMENT COMPANIES TO DO INTERNSHIP IN GERMANY
The Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs chose the best management companies in the country. They are FN Management LLP (Astana) and Facility Management Group LLP (Almaty) in the nominations: Best residential block management in Kazakhstan and Complex of the best energy saving measures in the residential blocks in Astana. The first prize of the competition was an internship trip to Germany - Study tour to Germany.
The winners will be awarded as part of the tour in Bochum, Germany from February 24 to March 9. In total, nine companies participated in the competition.
The winners were determined by jury that consisted of representatives of the Committee for building, housing and communal services of the MIID RK, Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KazTsentrZhKKH JSC, IWO, the Atameken NCE RK, associations and scientific community.
Remind that the Atameken NCE announced a competition in July 2018. Its goal was to identify the best residential block management in Kazakhstan, the development and enhancement of the status of professional managers. In addition, the definition of the complex of the best energy-saving measures that demonstrate energy-efficient modernization and further development and strengthen the relationship of housing management and the construction sector.
