Norm on e-application to get Certificate of product origin entered into force on April 1

Since April 1, 2019 application of documents to get Certificate of origin of goods is carried out in an electronic format in Kazakhstan.

The transition to an electronic format of certification will reduce the burden on business, ensure traceability of all certification procedures, information security, optimization and efficiency of the entire process of obtaining a certificate of origin.

An application for a certificate and a package of documents in electronic form can be submitted online. There is no need to go to the Chamber to transfer a paper package of documents, now it can be done remotely.

To apply, you must register on the site https://doc24.kz/ or, by clicking the link in the “Certification” service on the website of the National Chamber.

Thus, the applicant will only once visit the office of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs at the time of receiving the certificate.

It should be noted that all Regional Chambers of Entrepreneurs have self-service zones are established to enable entrepreneurs to submit an electronic application and attach a package of documents.

The period for consideration of applications and documents to get a Certificate of origin of goods is one working day, and in regulated cases of an authorized person’s departure to receive a CT-KZ certificate - two working days.
